Chickenlegs Pomodoro

I have for a longe time wanted to try cooking in a Crockpot, so whne my duaghter heard about it she told me I could borrow theirs and try it out. So this Christmas I got to borrow it, a loan for 6 months and I’m so happy cause I know this will trigger my cooking again after a standstill without little or less creativity.

So this is my first try and it came out really good, I might tweak it a little next time, find out how later on in my receipt

My delish Muffins (Cupcakes)

I just love muffins, first of all they’re easy to bake. Secondly they are tasty and almost everybody loves them.

My personal recipe follows here:
(8 Muffins)

150 Gram butter
2 Dl Sugar
3 Dl Flour
2-3 teaspoons Vanilla sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking-powder
3-4 tablespoons Cacao-powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 Eggs
1/4 DL milk

Start by melting the butter in a large plastic bowl, I use it in my microwave oven,
add the sugar, Baking-powder and Vanilla sugar, whisk it well.
Add the eggs and whip it until it gets fluffy
add the flour
whip it again until it’s smooth, add the milk and gentle air it all together.
Pour it in forms,

In the oven at 200 degrees for 16-17 minutes
